Clinic News 12/11/2020
What a year 2020 has been!
We have been blessed to be able to keep OVS up and running throughout the pandemic. We are so thankful to all of our clients for their understanding and patience. We have been curbside service throughout most of the pandemic and have kept our staff healthy and safe.
Dr. Meredith graduated during the pandemic, so we tried to give her a graduation celebration on her first day at OVS. We cannot wait until we can have an official introduction and welcome to Oakley Vet. She has been a wonderful addition to our team!!
Dr. Dave continues to come west to help out. Usually he is here on Wednesdays and Thursdays, but is always gracious enough to help out with a phone call.
We opened a satellite clinic in Quinter in November. We have a beautiful building at 319 Main. We will be there on Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. We are set up to do basic small animal procedures and vaccinations. We also have inventory items available for not only your pets, but for livestock. If you need something we do not stock at the Quinter store, call us and we can bring it to Quinter for you to pick up.
So, a pandemic evidently isn't enough for us to tackle this year, we have updated our practice software plus have made changes to our communication software. We have so many easy ways to communicate with our clients; via text, phone calls, emails and even good old fashion snail mail. We will try to get your account updated and find out your preferred method of communication(s).
Today we go live with our on-line pharmacy. You, our clients, now have a wide array of not only prescription items, but other pet items at your fingertips. We can assist you with your orders or you can log on to oakleyvetservice.vetsfirstchoice.com and place your order. There are many options for free shipping! We would recommend that you continue to order your prescriptions directly from the clinic since we can get them to you much quicker than the online store
